Membership Cards

Your Membership Card outlines basic rules to adhere to when visiting the West Coplay Maennerchor. Have you looked at the back of your members card recently ? No ? No problem, here they are, you don’t even have to take it out from your wallet, we have you covered.

1. Members are required to use their key, or other-wise to show their membrsip card on request of any officer or steward.2. Guests will be permitted into the Club rooms, if accompanied by a paid up member.3. Guests are not allowed to buy alcoholic beverages.4. Political or religious arguments are strictly forbidden.5. Any member creating a disturbance shall be expelled from the Club.6. Positively no minors allowed in the Club rooms unless accompanied by a parent.7. Membership card and key are not transferable.

Volunteering

Anyone interested in getting involved as an officer or a trustee, meetings are held on the second Sunday of every month at 10:30 AM. The March 2011 meeting will be held on March 13th.
